Client Responsibilities

Our Work Product

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work created specifically for them, including websites, custom graphics, and written content. However, we retain rights to our methodologies, processes, and general knowledge.

Warranties and Disclaimers

Service Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed with professional skill and care. However, we cannot guarantee specific results, including but not limited to AdSense approvals, traffic increases, or revenue generation, as these depend on various factors beyond our control.

Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

Refund Policy

AdSense Approval Services

If your AdSense application is rejected after our optimization and we cannot resolve the issues within 30 days, you may be eligible for a partial refund as specified in your service agreement.

Other Services

Refunds for other services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Generally, no refunds are provided once work has commenced, except in cases of non-delivery or significant service failures on our part.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients' information and will not disclose any proprietary or sensitive information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law or necessary to provide the agreed services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In case of termination:

• Client remains liable for payment of services rendered up to the termination date
• We will provide completed work and return client materials within 30 days
• Confidentiality obligations continue beyond termination
• Both parties are released from future obligations under the agreement

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this agreement due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, or technical failures of third-party platforms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiations between the parties
2. Mediation by a mutually agreed mediator
3. Arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, if mediation fails
4. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, as a last resort

Website Use and Restrictions
